IN NO EVENT SHALL NOCELIX’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOCELIX IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
